This page is a plain-language starting point for how MyPortraitBooth handles consent, guest images, minors, and event portraits. Final event terms can be adapted for the host, venue, school, organization, or corporate policy.
Guest consent
Guests participate by choice. Before capture, we explain that the photo will be used to create their event portrait and print it on-site.
Minors
For Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, school events, family events, and community events, minors should participate with parent, guardian, or host-approved adult permission. We can adapt the workflow to the event's consent requirements.
Event production use
Images are used to create, review, print, and deliver portraits for the event. We do not need guests to download an app to participate.
Marketing use
Using guest portraits in public marketing, social media, or portfolio examples is separate from event production and requires clear permission.
Retention and deletion
Retention is confirmed during booking and depends on the event package and delivery needs. Hosts or guests can ask about deletion options after delivery.
Request limits
We may decline or adapt requests that are offensive, unsafe, invasive, or likely to create rights or likeness issues.
