We built the software connecting portrait selection, guided photos, private review, the shared reveal and printing. Our team stays with the process instead of leaving guests to work it out.
A result everyone gets to approve
We check each portrait privately before showing it to the group. Everyone pictured approves before we print a full-size 6×8 copy for each person.
What guests do at the booth
1. Choose a portrait
Browse and tap an image, or enter a portrait number, on either iPad. Confirm how many people will be in the photo.
2. Take your photos
Stay at that same station. Follow the framing and photo prompts for your choice; our team helps with poses and groups.
3. See your portrait together
We create and review the portrait privately, then call your group to the portrait screen for the reveal and your approval.
4. Pick up your prints
After approval, we print a 6×8 copy for everyone pictured and organize pickup. Protective sleeves are included.
Planning your AI photo booth
How is this different from a regular photo booth?
A regular photo booth photographs the scene in front of its camera. Here, AI image tools transform your booth photos into your chosen illustrated setting and style. The photography, human review, group approval and printing are all part of the hosted service.
Do you use your own AI model?
Our booth software and workflow are custom-built. We use external AI image-generation providers to create the portraits, with our team directing and reviewing the results. We do not claim to have developed the underlying AI models.
Will the result match the sample exactly?
The collection shows portrait ideas, not guaranteed replicas. The people in your booth photos guide the guest portrait. We review each result and ask everyone pictured to approve it before printing.
What is included in the $2,500 starting package?
The starting price is CAD $2,500 before tax and covers three event hours with both founders running the booth. Guests choose from 3,000+ portrait ideas, with our help whenever they want it. We handle photography, create and check each portrait, and show it to the group for approval before printing a 6×8 copy for everyone in the photo. Protective sleeves, setup and breakdown, travel within our standard Montreal service area, event branding, and requested private digital copies are all included. Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax.
Can guests receive a digital copy?
Guests who ask for an emailed copy receive a private download link within 48 hours after the event.
