What the $2,500 starting package includes
The package includes three hours of service for CAD $2,500 before tax. Additional hours are CAD $600 each before tax, agreed in advance. Both founders run the booth, from helping guests choose a portrait to handing them their prints.

Both founders run the booth throughout the event. We help guests choose a portrait and pose for photos, check each portrait, show it for approval, print a full-size 6×8 copy for everyone in the photo, and organize pickup.
Before you book, we send one short written event confirmation with the date, hours, price, venue basics, branding, printing, and any extras you requested.

Planning your booking
Both founders are there throughout the event. We help guests choose and pose for photos, then call each group over to see their portrait before we print.
Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax. We recommend the total hours after reviewing your guest count, likely group sizes, venue schedule, and busiest times.

Everyone pictured gets a print
We create one group portrait, show it for approval, then print a full-size 6×8 copy for everyone in the photo.
Friends, couples, families, teams, and table groups can pose together and each leave with a copy of the finished portrait.

Comparing quotes
Conventional photo booth packages often centre on one backdrop, a quick series of poses, and photo strips or a digital gallery. That familiar format moves guests through quickly and suits some events well.
At MyPortraitBooth, each group chooses from 3,000+ portrait ideas. We create their portrait from their booth photos and show it to them for approval. Everyone in the photo takes home a full-size 6×8 copy.

Event branding is included
Event branding is included at no extra fee. We can prepare approved event names, dates, colours, monograms, logos, sponsor marks, or supplied artwork for selected portrait layouts and presentation materials.
Frames, travel beyond our standard Montreal service area, and unusual venue requirements are priced in advance when requested.

Booking and payment terms
Your date is confirmed after both parties accept the short event confirmation and the 50% booking payment clears. It states the price, remaining balance, accepted payment method, and due dates for that booking.
Ask for the complete written terms with your quote before making a payment.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, emergency, and refund terms are set out in the event agreement supplied with the quote. Review and accept those terms before the date is confirmed.

Questions about the package
Can guests get the finished picture by email?+−
Yes. Every approved portrait is printed at the event. Each pictured guest who wants an emailed copy may provide an address, and we send a private download link to the same approved picture within 48 hours after the event. The link remains active for 14 days.
Do you offer a digital only package?+−
No. MyPortraitBooth is a complete portrait and print service.
Is three hours enough for my event?+−
Three hours is our standard starting package. Share your guest count, likely group sizes, and event schedule, and we will confirm whether it fits or recommend a longer booking before you commit.
Why is this more than a traditional photo booth?+−
A traditional booth photographs every group against one backdrop and prints small strips. Here, each group chooses its own portrait idea, we review every portrait privately before guests see it, and each person pictured receives a full-size 6×8 copy. Yes. If time allows, guests can choose another portrait idea and take an additional photo.

The standard package includes a protective sleeve for every portrait. Frames can be added in advance for selected guests or for the whole event.

You are booking both founders to bring and run the full booth from setup through pickup.
