What the $2,500 starting package includes
The package includes three hours of service for CAD $2,500 before tax. Additional hours are CAD $600 each before tax, agreed in advance. Both founders run the booth, from helping guests choose a portrait to handing them their prints.

Planning your booking
Share your guest count, venue and schedule. We’ll recommend whether the three-hour package fits or whether a longer service window makes sense.
Your written quote confirms the service window and any extras before you commit.

Everyone pictured gets a print
A group doesn’t have to decide who keeps the portrait. Every person pictured receives their own copy of the same approved image, in a protective sleeve.

Comparing quotes
Booth packages vary in format, staffing and what guests receive. Compare the service hours, print dimensions, copies per group, digital delivery and any additional charges, not just the headline price.

Personalization and optional extras
Event branding is included at no extra fee. We can prepare approved event names, dates, colours, monograms, logos, sponsor marks, or supplied artwork for selected portrait layouts and presentation materials.
Frames, travel beyond our standard Montreal service area, and unusual venue requirements are priced in advance when requested.

Booking and payment terms
Your date is confirmed after both parties accept the short event confirmation and the 50% booking payment clears. It states the price, remaining balance, accepted payment method, and due dates for that booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, emergency, and refund terms are set out in the event agreement supplied with the quote. Review and accept those terms before the date is confirmed.
Questions about the package
Can guests get the finished picture by email?+−
Yes. Every approved portrait is printed at the event. Each pictured guest who wants an emailed copy may provide an address, and we send a private download link to the same approved picture within 48 hours after the event. The link remains active for 14 days.
Do you offer a digital only package?+−
No. MyPortraitBooth is a complete portrait and print service.
Is three hours enough for my event?+−
Three hours is our standard starting package. Share your guest count, likely group sizes, and event schedule, and we will confirm whether it fits or recommend a longer booking before you commit.
Is there a charge for each person’s print?+−
No. A copy for every person in the approved portrait is included in the booking price.
Can guests choose another portrait?+−
Yes. If time allows, guests can choose another portrait idea and take an additional photo.
Are frames included?+−
The standard package includes a protective sleeve for every portrait. Frames can be added in advance for selected guests or for the whole event.
Is travel outside the Montreal service area quoted separately?+−
Yes. Travel beyond the standard Montreal service area is quoted separately before booking.
