MyPortraitBooth starts at $1,750 CAD for two hours at the event. Additional event time is $500 per hour. The booth and inclusions stay consistent; the recommended service length depends on the guest count and schedule.

Included in the starting price
The starting package is the complete MyPortraitBooth experience rather than a stripped-down equipment rental. Both founders run the guest interaction and production flow throughout the booked service time.

How additional time works
Additional event time is $500 per hour. We recommend the duration after reviewing the number of guests, likely group sizes, venue schedule, and the period when portraits should be available.
A larger guest count does not automatically mean every person will participate. Capacity planning should account for group portraits, multiple copies, dinner, speeches, dancing, and the time guests actually have access to the booth.

Groups and print quantities
When two or more guests take one portrait together, the initial print quantity matches the number of people pictured. The purpose is to prevent a couple, family, or group of friends from having to share one physical copy.
Group-copy volume is considered when recommending the event duration because one portrait may require several finished prints.

Items quoted separately
Requests that change the standard presentation or event plan are discussed before booking. Examples can include approved corporate branding, event-edition layouts, bulk frames, selected guest frames, unusual travel, or venue-specific requirements.
The inquiry form asks for the event type, date, venue, guest count, and schedule so the recommendation can be based on the actual event rather than a generic package tier.

Is there a cheaper digital-only package?+−
The current public offer is built around the complete portrait-and-print experience. A separate digital-only package is not advertised.
How many hours should we book?+−
The recommendation depends on guest count, group sizes, the event schedule, and when guests will realistically use the booth. Submit those details for a specific recommendation.
Are setup and breakdown included?+−
Yes. Standard setup and breakdown are included. Venue access, arrival timing, power, internet, and the setup location are confirmed before the event.
Does everyone in a group receive a portrait?+−
The planned initial quantity is one full 6×8 copy for every person pictured in the portrait.
