Event pricing
$1,750 for two hours
Additional time is $500 per hour. We recommend the event length after reviewing your guest count and schedule.
How does MyPortraitBooth work during a wedding reception?+−
Guests choose a portrait, take one photo, and return to the reception. We create and review the portrait, show it for approval, and print the finished 6×8 for pickup.
Can guests browse the portraits before the wedding?+−
Yes. You can share your event guest page before the wedding so guests can browse the numbered collection and arrive with favourites. They can also use the book or QR menu at the reception.
Can couples, families, and the wedding party take one together?+−
Yes. The photographed guests determine who appears. We adapt the selected idea to the couple, family, or group that steps into the photo.
Does everyone in a group receive a print?+−
Yes. We begin with one full-size copy for every person pictured, so nobody in the group has to share the physical portrait.
How many hours should we book?+−
That depends on your guest count, group sizes, reception schedule, and how prominently you want the experience featured. Share those details and we will recommend the event length.
What does the venue need to provide?+−
We need a suitable setup area, access to power, and enough space for photography and portrait pickup. We confirm the layout and arrival plan with you in advance.

The collection, portrait book and QR browsing, two-person hosted service, camera and lighting, portrait creation and review, full 6×8 prints, protective sleeves, setup, and breakdown are included.
