$1,750 for two hours
Additional time is $500 per hour. We recommend the event length after reviewing your guest count and schedule.
When should portraits be available during a gala?+−
That depends on the run of show. Cocktails, transitions, and the period after the main program can work well, but the final plan should account for speeches, auctions, awards, dinner service, and guest movement.
Can sponsors or the event be recognized?+−
Approved names, dates, colours, or sponsor marks can be planned for selected presentation materials such as the guest menu or sleeves. Custom branding is confirmed and quoted in advance.
Can a table group take one portrait together?+−
Yes. The photographed group determines exactly who appears, and the initial print quantity matches the number of people pictured.
Will the portrait booth interrupt the formal program?+−
It should not. The placement, open times, guest messaging, and pickup plan are coordinated around the program before the event.
What does the venue need to provide?+−
The venue needs to approve a suitable photography and pickup area, access to power, reliable internet or cellular-backup permission, and the agreed access and setup times.

The published starting price is $1,750 CAD for two event hours, with additional event time at $500 per hour.
