CAD $2,500 for three hours
Before tax
Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax. We recommend how many hours to book after reviewing the program and guest count.
How does the process fit a gala schedule?+−
Guests can browse while they mingle, take the photo when it suits the program, and return for approval and pickup. We plan the service window and station placement around cocktails, dinner, speeches, and fundraising moments.
Can sponsors or the event be recognized?+−
Yes. Approved names, dates, colours, logos, or sponsor marks can be added to selected portrait layouts and presentation materials at no extra fee.
Can a table group take one portrait together?+−
Yes. Everyone in the photo receives a full-size 6×8 copy to take home.
How is portrait pickup handled?+−
We plan a pickup area before the event. Guests return there to approve and collect their finished portrait.
What does the venue need to provide?+−
We bring the tables and equipment. Please have a suitable space near a power outlet available and let us know where to set up when we arrive. We use our own cellular internet.
What is included in the $2,500 starting package?+−
The starting price is CAD $2,500 before tax and covers three event hours with both founders running the booth. Guests choose from 3,000+ portrait ideas, with our help whenever they want it. We handle photography, create and check each portrait, and show it to the group for approval before printing a 6×8 copy for everyone in the photo. Protective sleeves, setup and breakdown, travel within our standard Montreal service area, event branding, and requested private digital copies are all included. Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax.
