Confirm the space and schedule
Tell us the venue, guest count, schedule, access details, and available space. We use that information to recommend the right hours and booth location.

CAD $2,500 for three hours
Before tax
Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax. We recommend how many hours to book after reviewing the celebration and guest count.
Can the presentation match our event?+−
Yes. Approved event names, dates, colours, monograms, logos, or supplied artwork can be added to selected portrait layouts and presentation materials at no extra fee. The portraits can also stay unbranded if you prefer.
Can it be set up in a private residence?+−
Possibly, if there is suitable space for photography, equipment, guest movement, and pickup, plus power, internet or cellular access, and safe setup access. The location must be reviewed before confirmation.
Do guests need an app?+−
No. The optional guest menu opens in a phone browser. Guests can also use the portrait book or ask for personal help.
How much does the service cost?+−
The starting price is CAD $2,500 before tax for three event hours. Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax.
What is included in the $2,500 starting package?+−
The starting price is CAD $2,500 before tax and covers three event hours with both founders running the booth. Guests choose from 3,000+ portrait ideas, with our help whenever they want it. We handle photography, create and check each portrait, and show it to the group for approval before printing a 6×8 copy for everyone in the photo. Protective sleeves, setup and breakdown, travel within our standard Montreal service area, event branding, and requested private digital copies are all included. Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax.
