Clear requirements for planners and venues
Tell us the event type, guest count, venue, schedule, and any presentation or campaign requirements. We recommend the service time and confirm the setup, access, and event flow before arrival.
Event pricing
$1,750 for two hours
Additional time is $500 per hour. We recommend the event length after reviewing your guest count and schedule.

Guests choose a numbered portrait, take a photograph, and return to the event. We create and review the result, show it for approval, and print the full 6×8 for pickup.
Can the portrait choices match our event or campaign?+−
Yes. We can feature prepared choices that fit the audience, season, campaign, or event mood while keeping the complete collection available.
Where can event or sponsor branding appear?+−
Event names, dates, monograms, sponsor marks, and campaign presentation can be planned in advance for the guest menu, pickup experience, sleeves, digital delivery, or an approved event-edition layout.
Can teams take group portraits?+−
Yes. We adapt the selected idea to exactly the people photographed, whether that is a pair, department, client group, or larger team.
Does every person pictured receive a copy?+−
Yes. The initial print quantity matches the number of people in the portrait so each person can take home a full-size copy.
What space and power are required?+−
We need a suitable area for photography, the portrait and print setup, guest movement, and pickup, plus access to power. We confirm the exact layout and venue access before the event.
Can guests receive a digital copy?+−
Yes. Guests can request their finished digital portrait by email at pickup.
What is included in the corporate event price?+−
The full collection, guest browsing, two-person hosted service, camera and lighting, portrait creation and review, full 6×8 prints, sleeves, setup, and breakdown are included. Approved custom event presentation is quoted separately when needed.
