Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax. We recommend how many hours to book after reviewing attendance and the event program.

Yes. Guests can search the complete collection by interest, mood, era, place, outfit, sport, or event theme, and we can help anyone who wants a recommendation.

Approved event names, dates, colours, logos, or sponsor marks can be added to selected portrait layouts and presentation materials at no extra fee.
Can teams take group portraits?+−
Yes. Coworkers, departments, leadership teams, clients, and table groups can share one portrait. We print a full-size 6×8 copy for everyone in the photo.
What space and power are required?+−
We bring the tables and equipment. Please have a suitable space near a power outlet available and let us know where to set up when we arrive. We use our own cellular internet.
What is included in the $2,500 starting package?+−
The starting price is CAD $2,500 before tax and covers three event hours with both founders running the booth. Guests choose from 3,000+ portrait ideas, with our help whenever they want it. We handle photography, create and check each portrait, and show it to the group for approval before printing a 6×8 copy for everyone in the photo. Protective sleeves, setup and breakdown, travel within our standard Montreal service area, event branding, and requested private digital copies are all included. Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax.
Will someone run the booth throughout the event?+−
Yes. Both founders run the booth throughout your booking. We help guests choose and pose, check each portrait, and show it to the group for approval before printing and handing out their copies.
